Business SMS: Reminders

Business SMS: Reminders

The Reminders feature allows you to schedule text messages to be sent to individual contacts at a specific date and time. Reminders are useful for appointment confirmations, follow-ups, payment reminders, wellness check-ins, and other scheduled communications.

Once created, reminders are automatically delivered at the scheduled date and time without any additional action required.

When to Use Reminders

Reminders can be used for a variety of purposes, including:

  • Appointment reminders
  • Patient follow-ups
  • Staff notifications
  • Payment reminders
  • Service reminders
  • Customer follow-up communications

Understanding the Reminder Calendar

The Reminders page includes a calendar view that allows you to see upcoming scheduled messages.

Dates that contain scheduled reminders are identified by a blue dot displayed above the day number.

This makes it easy to identify days with upcoming automated communications.

Creating a Reminder

  1. Navigate to the Reminders section.
  2. Select the date on which you would like the message to be sent.
  3. Click Create Reminder.
  4. Select the recipient contact.
  5. Choose the appropriate time zone.
  6. Select the time the message should be delivered.
  7. Enter your message.
  8. Click Save.

Your reminder will now appear on the calendar and will be sent automatically at the scheduled time.

  1. Select the date containing the reminder.
  2. Locate the reminder from the list displayed on the right side of the screen.

You may modify the recipient, message, date, time, or time zone prior to delivery.

  2. Open the reminder you wish to remove.
  3. Click Delete.
  4. Confirm the deletion.

Once deleted, the reminder will no longer be delivered.
