Before you recycle
Have an unusual device or a large mixed load? If so, send photographs and an estimated quantity. We will then confirm what we can accept.
Is electronics recycling free?
Not always. Pricing depends on the equipment's type, condition, quantity and location. For example, we may charge for special handling, labor, transportation or data services. However, we confirm all costs before scheduling.
What area do you serve?
We primarily offer electronics recycling throughout Southern Illinois and the surrounding region. However, we may accept larger commercial loads and multi-location projects outside the immediate area when the volume supports transportation and processing costs.
Can we drop equipment off?
Yes, we may schedule a drop-off at our Marion office. Please contact us first so we can confirm acceptance and prepare to receive the equipment.
What should we do with hard drives and SSDs?
First, keep storage devices under your control until you document the data-handling instructions. In addition, do not treat recycling alone as proof of data destruction.
Do you accept batteries, televisions or monitors?
These items require advance approval. Depending on their condition, we may decline damaged batteries, CRT displays, televisions and certain large displays or charge a separate handling fee. Most importantly, never place a swollen battery in a general equipment load.
Can you handle office cleanouts and multi-location technology refreshes?
Yes. We can review equipment inventories from one or multiple locations and quote logistics, sorting, data services and recycling as one coordinated project.

Email a list or photographs of the equipment, approximate quantities and all equipment locations. We will confirm what we can accept and recommend the right logistics for the project.
We inspect all equipment before final acceptance and use available recycling outlets. Customers must have the legal authority to dispose of submitted equipment. Before pickup or drop-off, remove confidential paper, medication, liquids, loose toner and unrelated waste. In addition, arrange special-handling and data services in advance.
