Nextgen Solutions began with a straightforward observation: organizations should not need a different vendor for every technology problem.
We incorporated in June 2019 to give businesses a more connected way to plan, purchase, manage and support technology. Instead of treating computers, networks, cloud services, phones, printers and security systems as separate conversations, we look at how the entire environment supports the organization.
That broader view helps reduce duplicated costs, prevent vendor handoffs and create clearer accountability. It also gives clients a partner who understands the relationship between daily support and long-term technology decisions.
Today, Nextgen works with small teams, growing companies and multi-location organizations. We provide onsite service where practical and use remote capabilities to support users and systems across the country.
