Before choosing a system
Can I view cameras away from the property?
Yes, with compatible equipment, configured remote access and an available internet connection. We help set up access for approved users.
How many days of footage will the system keep?
Retention depends on storage capacity, camera count, video quality and recording settings. We use your requested retention period to guide the design rather than promise one duration for every system.
Can you replace an existing camera system?
Yes. We first review existing wiring, camera locations and equipment. Some infrastructure may be reusable, but compatibility requires an assessment.
Does installation include someone watching the cameras?
No. Camera installation and technical support do not include a staffed surveillance or emergency-response service unless a separate agreement expressly provides it.
